Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Petroswede AB in the sale of Svenska Petroleum Exploration Aktiebolag, an exploration and production company based in Sweden with assets such as an offshore block in Côte d’Ivoire in West Africa to Vaalco Energy (Holdings), LLC.
