Matti Tyynysniemi Speaking at Alma Talent’s YSE Seminar on 8 May

Managing Associate Matti Tyynysniemi from Hannes Snellman’s DR Team will be speaking at Alma Talent’s YSE Seminar on 8 May. The seminar series, which includes three sessions, concentrates on the 1998 General Conditions for Building Contracts, and it provides a practical view on the interpretation of terms and conditions in building contracts in the light of the recent case law. Matti will be speaking in the second session of the series, which focuses on contractors’ liability for defects and on additional and alteration works.

Matti specialises in arbitration and litigation with a particular focus on disputes involving construction, engineering, project delivery, and related topics.
