Hydrogen in Focus — Facilitating Hydrogen Projects: Project Agreements and Project Financing | Seminar 5 June 2024

We warmly welcome you to hear and discuss some topical themes of the hydrogen economy and the related regulation in Hannes Snellman's seminar series. During the spring, we will delve deeper into certain topics relating to the hydrogen economy together with our experts and guest speakers.

The next and final part of our Hydrogen in Focus series will focus on project agreements and project financing in hydrogen projects. In this seminar, Hannes Snellman’s projects, construction, and project financing specialists together with expert guest speakers Tuomas Suurpää (Senior Banker, Nordic Investment Bank), Dirk Mous (Head of Infrastructure & Public Finance, DekaBank), and Tero Sario (Project Director Renewable Hydrogen, Neste) will discuss certain key factors in respect of bringing hydrogen projects to the investment decision stage, including what to look out for in project and financing agreements to make them bankable. We will also examine the bankability of hydrogen project companies as PPA offtakers.

The seminar will be held at our office (Eteläesplanadi 20, Helsinki) on Wednesday 5 June 2024 at 3:00–6:00 pm (Finnish time). The presentations will end by 4:30 pm, after which we will move on to our rooftop terrace (weather allowing) to continue the afternoon and enjoy snacks from the grill.
